Please note that we require 4-8 working days on average to fulfill your custom pair of sneakers before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 12 to 20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
*Due to the current covid-19 situation, we are taking extra precautions as we follow the CDC's guidelines, and experience slight delays in dispatching orders. Please note that most shipping carriers are also experiencing delays at this time. Current shipping times can be up to 21-30 days. Please allow 30 days before worrying about your order. We appreciate your patience!
Tracking your order
If your order contains any items which are in high demand or back-ordered, we will ship any items we have immediately available to ship, and ship the other items as soon as they are available or are brought up in the fulfillment queue.
You will receive a confirmation email and or text message if you provided a phone number, containing a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated after shipment.
Overall shipping times for the entire world range from 7-30 days depending on your location. Please allow up to 30 days for your product to arrive before worrying.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If the wrong address is not brought to our attention by the Buyer before the order ships, unfortunately we are not able to update the shipping information or reship the order and advise you to contact the shipping carrier to update shipping information. Please contact us immediately to update your shipping information.
